One night deposit required to hold reservation. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

One night stays are subject to a $60 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee.
15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment.
No refunds or cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods: February 12-16, Easter weekend-April30, July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July, November 23-30, December 15-January 2.
There is a minimum 3-day booking requirement during all major holidays including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, July 4, and pertinent to Hawaii Island, the Merrie Monarch Festival.
